Single-User License
Your ECUX account is licensed to one (1) individual only. Your login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or distributing access to any third party is strictly prohibited.
Section 4.2
Automatic Suspension
ECUX actively monitors for concurrent sessions and suspicious access patterns. Any account where credential sharing is detected will be automatically and immediately suspended without prior notice or warning.
Section 4.3
No Liability
ECUX and its administrators accept no liability whatsoever for loss of access, loss of data, loss of business, or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from account suspension due to a Terms of Service violation. The account holder assumes full and sole responsibility.
Section 4.4
No Refund on Suspension
Suspension resulting from credential sharing or any other Terms of Service violation does not entitle the account holder to a refund of any fees paid, whether partial or full. Reinstatement is granted solely at the discretion of ECUX administration.

Platform Disclaimer
ECUX is a script generation and management tool only. The user is solely responsible for verifying compatibility, legality, and safety of any ECU modifications made using ECUX. ECUX accepts no liability for any vehicle damage, data loss, or regulatory violations resulting from use of the platform.

Service Availability
ECUX does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Access may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. ECUX is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, planned or unplanned.
